unwell

I am at work but not feeling particularly well. I should have stayed home. I'll get done what I had intended to get done and will probably leave at lunch time so I can go home and have a nap.

    All that cold weather can't hurt.
    Here we get sick when we constantly go from very hot weather outside to icy cold air-conditioning inside. So it works in the reverse to what you have I guess.

    Hope you get a good rest over the weekend.
