fragmented window & fragmented people?
It's almost a volkswagon ad in the middle.
But I'd say it's depicting the disparity between women and men...

Both. I found the mosaic image first, then did a search on woman's face, then a search on man's face, then put it all together.
If I didn't know any better, I'd think something indecent was going on here
