The hunter was flush₁ with the ground so as to be hidden so he could then flush₂ the birds out of the woods, previously he flushed₃ the toilet while imagining a straight flush₄ in the poker game the previous night. He was flushed₅ at the thought of that winning hand as the sky flushed₆ pink at dawn while he was hunting.
