maintaining sloth

slow down, stop speeding, relax, calm down, take it easy, lounge, lie down, breathe easy

Honduras isn't a country we hear spoken of terribly often. There are about 7.3 million mostly Roman Catholic spanish speaking residents two thirds of which are living in poverty. I found Lets Go Honduras quite helpful in making travel plans. Of course, these plans will remain unfulfilled.

me either... and vacationing near poverty, or in a communist country is not something i see myself doing. only because i feel that, instead of enjoying myself there, i feel like it would be better if i did something that would help the locals.

Need to slow down? Close your eyes stick your fingers in your ears and do a humming OM.

Om (a-u-m) is a mantra, or vibration, that is traditionally chanted at the beginning and at the end of a yoga practice. It symbolises the rhythm of the universe and in turn allows us to listen to our own rhythm in connection to it.

I know sounds weird but the calmness you can get from yoga is quite surprising.

Just don't take your kids with you.
