xylophone?

why not hit the last letter on the same day?

I am sleepy. I think I need to change something in my diet to give me better energy. I don't know what would do it, however, for I have never really felt the effects of things like caffeine or sugar. The only thing I have felt that cures me of this mid-day sleepiness is a nap. I'm not talking about a little power nap, however, I really benefit from an 80 to 120 minute nap.

There doesn't appear to be any opportunity for me to have such a nap while I am at work. On weekends I try at least to get that nap in one of the two weekend-days, and if I'm really lucky I get that nap on both days.

Oh, and I don't play the xylophone.
