When buying a car
What are the kinds of things you look for - do you stick with the same brand you've always bought? Do you buy new or used? Do you look for specific features? Do you really care most about price and go for the cheapest you can find? Do you own a car? How soon do you think you will need to replace it?

I generally stick to a car that meets the requirements I have. Good fuel efficiency is a big requirement, since I travel more than the average migrating monarch butterfly though they tend to fly while I drive.
I don't really care about look or style, and sort of favor a car that has less style, so it somewhat lessens the chance of it being stolen.
I hope that I will not need to replace my car for at least another 2 years.
It's all about the gadgets like pounds of force in the ejection seat, size and rounds per minute of the front mounted machine guns, radar jamming systems, etc.
Funny you should bring this up now. I just picked up my car from the workshop. It's all better again.
Over the years we've owned all sorts of cars from VW Beetle to panel vans to station wagons & sedans.
I bought the Mazda brand spanking new. Fuel efficiency & resale value were big requirements. We started off looking at the cheapest model but decided we wanted to pay the extra & get the safety extras ie curtain airbags, side airbags etc. We thought it was worth it for the safety of our kids...and me.
I hope we keep this car for a long long time.
I would however like a back mounted machine gun and have the controls for it near the steering wheel so when I get tail gated I can move it to be aimed right at the driver. That would be good. No I wouldn't have bullets in it that would be illegal.
I want a warranty. I don't want to pay any more than $25. And I liked Fords. What's wrong with Fords?

Only joking. My last car was a Ford.
It used up too much petrol.
