run update
I ran last night in this unseasonably warm fall weather we've been having here and managed to do a personal best of 23:02 for a 5km run where I even walked for 30 seconds during the third km. I pushed hard because I want to be ready to get into the 22 minute zone for the race on October 14th. If I can even push a little harder still I could conceivably be under 22 minutes if I can get enough training sessions in between now and then.
