ive always wanted to be able to talk to someone who had gone certifyably insane and come back from it and ask if they knew the exact moment that they lost it.
Isn't that kind of the same thing as asking someone what is the precise moment that they are drunk?
I don't think insanity happens at a precise moment unless it is by virtue of an accident causing brain damage.
Border security is a campaign issue
Good question!
I doubt that a person on the borderline to insanity would give a toss about a passport they would just step on over the line without ever being aware of it.
