Energy efficient but very depressing.
It isn't depressing at all when you realize the purpose is to save electricity which will prevent some amount of GHG's from being emitted into the atmosphere which may help save the planet.
Of course, it isn't exactly true since pretty much all of the power in Quebec comes from large hydro dams in the north which emit nothing presently (though there were emissions in the construction of these dams).
