Barreling down the highway of life
I am thinking of inquiring about a tonsillectomy. I have the beginnings of a sore throat again and it has almost always led to some sort of infection requiring antibiotics. Wiki tells me that ENT specialists are resorting to this a whole lot less now as compared to two decades ago, however, if this will prevent this recurring problem I have I will relish the pain of the procedure.
The last time I went to a clinic to receive the confirmed diagnosis and prescription I asked the doctor what would be causing me to have this condition as often through my life as I have been having it. He indicated that it may simply be my weak spot and that I should wash my hands more often to see if that helps. Well, I started a regimen at work of washing my hands more regularly, but the last twelve days or so I wasn't at work so I did not stick to the routine.

Sounds like drastic action so it must be pretty bad. Have you tried alternatives like accupuncture for instance?
