pick one, pick two, pick three, pick four

So the plan is to slowly recognize consciousness and self-awareness, then wake up by formulating the first cohesive thought of the day, then roll over in that daily debate as to whether to leave the confines of the cozy bed.

Once that decision is made, sleep some more.

If you happen to choose to get out of bed, rather than fall back asleep, first move your legs and feet off the bed and put your feet on the ground and sit up. Rest like this for a few moments to allow yourself to mentally, spiritually, physically and emotionally align yourself with the idea of spending the rest of the day vertical.

Once you are fully aligned, stand up slowly, it is from here on in that the plan diverges from person to person, so you can fill out the rest.
