commitment

I have a commitment to my job that has me doing lots of extra time when the customer of the project to which I am assigned is getting close to and reaches the live date of them upgrading or cutting over to use our software. This is why it is 22:30 presently as I type this and while a script is running in another window I am typing this post.

If the work I am doing tonight is successful, my trip next week to XXXXXXX XXXXX, XX will go ahead as planned. If the work I am doing tonight does not work out, the trip will likely be postponed, though it isn't clear when that decision will be made.
