I felt tired but not so tired that I could not have finished, but I decided to stop short anyhow. A little over two miles in a little over sixteen minutes averaging 4.91 minutes per km. I'll try again in two days and will endeavour to bring my mental toughness up.

I haven't started yet - but will on Sunday evening when I check into the hotel in the place I'll be travelling to! I'll probably run Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and weight train the other days. Then I'm going to tough it outside and cross my fingers that the weather gets nicer! Good luck - and don't forget to stretch!

and I have two soccer games tomorrow, will be home around after midnight, close to 1 a.m., then shower, then sleep, then up at quarter to 7 again for work. Thursday will suck. Good luck on the mental toughness!
Maybe you need some music to listen to. Or better music. Or music with a faster beat.
