In past posts I have written three to five paragraphs of completely independent concepts, thoughts or ideas and usually the replies I get from blogmates concern only one of those paragraphs, or not even any of them and only concerning the title of the post.

No, I was simply making an observation.
It is a curious phenomenon how a simple observation can occasionally act as a catalyst for contention.
