The blue and white plates is where the adults sat while the red ones were for the children. This was in the house we rented in PEI this past summer.

Very pleasing to the eye.
We didn't have proper napkins at the house, so I would cut paper towel while it was folded to make these geometric napkins. I did it at every supper meal and did it differently each time. I thought it was a nice touch, the kids liked it, but one or two of the other adults thought it was ridiculous and unnecessary.
