Transcendental meditation might help you get away from yourself. I used to try it when I was a teenager but I never could do it.
OK so I figured that these were lyrics from a song so I googled them.
I will not be listening to NIN anytime soon.
I was pretty sure ghost and mesh would have picked up on that immediately and fairly certain you would not, but that's okay. The radio station I listen to in the car most often plays NIN somewhat regularly.
