selling your soul to the janitor

Items on my 2010 to do list:

Set garage sale date - done
install baseboards in bedroom
paint g-bot's bedroom
paint spare bedroom
plan events for camp (I am on the fun committee)
fix the interface piece
build storage in laundry room
build root cellar where stuff that is moving to laundry room storage used to be

A small cup, or saucer, of vanilla (imitation stuff is fine) left out in the painted room, will keep the smell of the paint down considerably. That bit of knowledge made the second half of my childhood in my much-painted home tolerable.

Thanks for the tip, I'll give a try though I am finding that paint now smells significantly less than they did fifteen years ago. To compare to paint older than that I would have to be older.

I think it's stronger to children. And small animals. I still get bothered by the odor of fresh paint.
