Garbage collection is a job that some people do.
I do not do that job.
I do not personally know anyone who does that job.
I am guessing that there are a large number of jobs that people do for which I know no one who does those jobs.
I am also guessing that there are a large number of people that I don't know who do jobs I don't know.
Living in ignorance can be blissful, especially when there is oatmeal available.

My brother worked as a garbage man for a while after he retired from the Air Force. Probably good for him.
Well, living in a small town of about 4,000 I know everyone, even the garbage man. I could write at least 3 paragraphs of what I know about him. The thing is he has his weird points but we are friends. Sometimes I even carry my garbage to his truck as we converse.
someone needs to send the garbage men to clean the ocean.
I once knew a garbage collector.
I didn't like him.
Or his wife.
