slapping the hiccups into a turnkey business

The width of a square is equal to the length in all cases where the square is defined as a shape that has all equal sides.

An idiomatic expression here in Quebec that the French-speaking people use to refer to English-speaking people is to call them a 'tête carré'.

I wonder if they use the same expression in France. So if you are bi-lingual are you considered a square head too?

I am not sufficiently bilingual to ever be considered a full Quebecois by a 'pure laine' Quebecois.

I speak, read and write French (in that order decreasing in ability) quite well, but my accent from also being raised as an English speaker gives me away.

Not that you could tell.
