I have the physical stature, dexterity and agility that is required to enter a bathroom stall, lock it from the inside and climb out of it, leaving it empty and locked.
I also have an access card that allows me into my company's building at all hours of the day and night with a job that has situations where it is necessary for me to occasionally be in the office late at night.
How awful a prank it would be for someone who 'really has to go' if I were to empty-lock all of the stalls, men's and women's, in the building?
Another day I'll post about the water-fountain terrorists that we had back when I was in high school.

What are the chances of getting caught.
What would be even funnier is if it was you who desperately needed to use the toilet the next day.
I would have to use my passcard to get into the building and so my entry and exit would be logged. That is most likely how I would get caught. Apart from that there is no camera surveillance, but there is a security guard. The guard wouldn't be following me around the building, however.
Yes, it would be funny, but not likely.
