selling kitchen knives at room temperature

I will endeavour to drink roughly six ounces of water at least three times today. Usually I manage to do at least one, and occasionally I drink two, but almost never do I manage to drink three.

About the sleep post yesterday, I have no trouble falling asleep or staying asleep; I am compelled to reduce my hours of sleep to get all of the household chores done as earlier in the evening my time is consumed by bringing G-bot to baseball or C-ling to soccer.

In terms of Fridays, this post is being written in one of them. Come to think of it, after this Friday there are only twenty-two more Fridays until Christmas.

I find if I have a pint of bottled water on my desk at work, I will drink 8oz. of it & I always get thirsty in the middle of the night & drink at least 6 more oz. That is the extent of my pure water consumption.
It does not include tea & coffee, which together is about 24oz a day.
That's 38oz. total!
I think my kidneys are getting sufficient exercise!

Bah Humbug!!!! (I'm starting early)

The water where I now live tastes weird. Because of this, I abstain from drinking water while at work. I find that I'm incredibly thirsty as soon as I get home after work every day, and then proceed to drink several glasses of Brita filtered water.

This is not a good habit, since my work suffers when I'm dehydrated. Not because what I do is particularly sweat-inducing, but because I generally need to drink water periodically throughout the day.

I should start bringing filtered water to work. I know this, yet I don't do it.

mesh: buy a second brita filter and bring it to work - they do not need to be refrigerated, you can leave it at your desk and replenish it as needed.

That is a good idea.
