seriously, now, look up!

I am hoping to squeeze a 5KM run into my early afternoon today. I have not done any proper form of exercise since the month of May. I do not expect it will be easy.

How is your exercise regimen working these days?

Have fun & don't over do it!

Mine regimen is good, I think. I do it all indoors in my apartment. I have a Schwinn Airdyne (I do at least 5 miles a day) a bench for set ups, etc.. a chin up bar, & punching bag. I try to spend about 30 minutes a day at it because, my job is mostly spent on the computer.
Is it enough? Of course I always think I should be doing more, but I felt that way when I was exercising for an hour a day.

ugh... not super good, my regimen. But this week I will join a gym that both my sister in law and boyfriend go to (not together), so I will force them to keep me motivated. I blame my transition back home to the 2-3 weeks of supreme inactivity.
