What the left hand doesn't know

There is no correct order of events in order to provide the information required to make complex decisions. Experts are few and far between and often where their knowledge overlaps serves no purpose, but rather, offers tangential direction leading the decision makers astray and with purpose. Leadership is paramount under such circumstances. A leader must have charisma, be outspoken, quick witted, intelligent and above all be a tremendous negotiator. Such people are even rarer than experts.
