In other news we have some carpenter ants in our house. Yesterday we purchased three kinds of ant trap/poisons and put them into action immediately. It was a little odd to be allowing them to continue to exist in the kitchen so that they could carry the poison back to their nest, however, knowing that this is how the poison system works, it was reassuring to see the ants gulping up the stuff.

In still other news my children are out of school now for the summer. During the school year I had to make their lunches and prepare their snacks, yay! I don't have to do that for the next nine weeks!
