Is this a question or what?
As an opener, it lacks quality, but who cares, it opens!
Of course, you look kind of silly if you are wearing a watch and you ask the question, but what is wrong with looking silly?

If you have a watch, you look at it in puzzlement and ask, "What time have YOU got?" Then they pull out their cell phone/iphone, and tell you with great irritation, while thinking "luddite" or something that means that, since they likely don't actually know that word.
Ah, so looking silly in this case is not too different from looking like a Luddite. Could be worse, I suppose.
