This way is the highway?
With riots going on in various parts of the world, the room in which I am currently sitting is considerably more peaceful.
With the knowledge I am gaining in this career transition course I hope to be employed sooner than I would have otherwise been had I not taken the course.
Let us take the time now to recognize that yesterday there was a time at which it was 8:08 on August 8th.

It didn't occur to me to think about 8.08 on the 8th of the 8th. I do like it when those kind of numbers come up.
Being laid off from a job, regardless of the reason, does injure the ego. I am happy to see that you remain upbeat about job prospects. Good luck Phil.
Thanks Deb, my ego was bruised only during the physiological shock period of the moment I understood my termination to about an hour later.
