sleepy
I have been staying up too late the last few nights. I see no end to it.
I think it's time I start off loading more of the household chores to the kids and learn to care less about how well they do the chores, so long as they get done.
Mexico at this time of year is about the same as it is every year at this time.

Kids create a lot of housework that's for sure. It gets better once they leave home. You only need to wait 20 years or so.
Oh, good. Only 20 more years.
Here seems to be the normal chores a person/family needs to worry about:
1- laundry (folding, putting away)
2- dinner
3- lunch for school/work
4- dishes
5- cleaning (de-cluttering)
6- cleaning (scrub, mop, vacuum, dust)
Kids could probably start to do time consuming things like sock sorting and laundry putting away, food related things like adding yogurt, sandwich, fruit, drink, etc. in each lunchbox, putting their own dishes into the dishwasher, toy/paper management, and once a week, sweeping!
They also have homework to worry about. So it surely means that it's really really tough to add more tasks to the wee ones.
Another option...
Get the kids to work on a robot to do these chores for them. That means learning electronics, programming, mechanics, etc. but if they can eventually market it to their friends at school, bingo, you've created millionaires!!
Then it's time for a massive yacht! (needs sound)
Enjoy!
Disclaimer - I don't have any kids yet, just a bun in the oven so naturally, you can ignore absolutely everything I have written!
