running outdoors in Brookline
So I used this:

And more or less followed it precisely... at one point where Washington street and Harvard street branch, around the 4KM mark, I took a wrong turn, but I found my way back in short order.
The Emerald Necklace was nice, though not so emerald as it could be as we are, after all, in March even though the weather is more like June.
I promise to stop posting these incessantly incongruous posts as soon as I find I am capable.

If you see Longwood Towers, the castle-inspired apartment buildings, you will know where we once lived.
Or if you are out running anyway, try this, Canestaros.

I won't run to Canestaros because I'd arrive all sweaty, however, Google says it is a half hour walk there; I don't mind that distance at all.
You've given me my supper plans for tomorrow night, thanks!
In this area all sorts of buildings are castle-like. I just Google-Mapped Longwood Towers and indeed, I was running almost by there... on the Emerald, not on Chapel.
I am really enjoying the fact that I am visiting where you once lived, it is fun to have this connection.
