running
Being away from home has offered me the opportunity to run on the hotel's treadmill. I ran about 5KM in about 26 minutes, the machine wasn't too helpful in terms of available programs. Not a great time, but considering I haven't run since about last August, it isn't terrible either.
First day of training went well, there were moments when I had the class looking groggy, but fortunately they were short lived. Parts of the course are very dry, I do my best to get through them covering the salient points and dropping most of the rest.
I am missing my art class this week.
I will miss my art class next week also.
I will miss it for two weeks in April.
Maybe it wasn't such a good idea to have started the art class.
BTW, I noticed as I exited the train on Sunday that there was a power outlet at my seat - I could have not had to rely on the battery.

You astound me Phil, that's an excellent run. I can't run to the end of the street without getting puffed, and I'm at the gym every day.
