Does the nature of a post change based on the perception of the author guessing who his or her expanded audience may be?
Lurkers promise to never show themselves and yet may still have an influence on the author, unbeknownst to them.
Of course, it could be purely within the imagination of the author that anyone but the most ardent of followers is having anything to do with this blog.
Cryogenically freezing this post will do nothing to it's temperament.

I know I changed the nature of my blog when I realised I had some male readers and I actually think it was for the better.
