don't catch a fish, eat it

ghost asks what do I do for a living.

I am in a department of a small company, the department is called 'Professional Services'. A customer buys our software, that customer then gets handed over to me so that I can install the software, configure it to meet their needs, run the software for them in some cases, and then train them on how to use the software.

The software does web-based feedback management. Our prinicipal customers presently are universities or colleges who buy our software to do on-line course evaluations. We also have corporpate companies who buy our software to do on-line performance evaluations.

I could write more, but there is a small dog pulling at my left ventricle, asking to play chess with a half empty bottle of ketchup.
