blocking out the noise

So I have Thursday and Friday off of work this week to empty out the kitchen in preparation for it to be demolished and then rebuilt. I will also be preparing for our annual Cinco de Mayo party where we invite a large number of people to enjoy fajitas and margaritas. I will also be planting seeds for various things, and possibly some annuals. I will hopefully also season my young cherry tomato seedlings to get them outside. It is early, but the way climate change has been working out, I don't think it is too early.

Saturday my daughter has her 1st Communion retreat at approximately the same time that my son has his annual Kub Kar and Hobby show; so that eats away at our time on Saturday to get things done.

So much day to day stuff to report on; I don't know what purpose it serves for me to post it.

One day you may go over your old posts and be amazed at how much you actually do each week.

Besides I actually enjoy these posts more than the ones I can't make head or tales of.

Agreed. It is useful to have this kind of searchable record. And I enjoy other people's minutia.

Oh well, the two of you representing 67% of my regular readership, have convinced me to continue to post such posts.

As for looking back, you do have a point; I enjoy looking back and seeing what I've posted from the past.

I am enjoying the start of summer.

Margaritas sound delicious.

I like reading about day to day things, along with the more abstract things you post.

On another note, can you send me your email address? My blog is invite only and I tried an old email addy of yours that did not work.

My email is subduedprincess at gmail dot com.
