So it looks like our kitchen renovation will be wrapping up this week with the arrival of the counter this morning. There are still a number of small things that need to get finished...

So the counter is not in yet. On this end, the living room side, the counter will over hang so that there is some knee room while sitting on the stools.

There is a small shallow cabinet that needs to be installed.

The counter around the sink and stove top is yet to be installed.

Under the upper cabinets there are hidden lights that have yet to be installed.

The counter will cover that gap in the top of the lower cabinet on the right side and go all the way to the wall.

The door was back ordered so that remains. Also, all along the wall, and to the ceiling around the stove vent, our subway-tile back-splash still needs to come in.
