nocturnal leaf gathering and ideas

As our weekends are so busy and as the weather is even less predictable or pleasant, last night the temperature was hovering around -1C but there was a light wind, no rain and the forecast for this coming weekend is not nearly as nice. I put my head lamp on, got out the bags and raked and bagged 14 bags of leaves. While I was doing it I was thinking about a variety of things, one of which was to build one or two Tiny Houses in the back yard and then listing them on Airbnb.

I'm fairly certain I would never get wife approval, but I think it's a great idea to help fund our retirement.

Last night's leaf bag count: 14 bags
Total Leaf Bag Count for Fall 2014: 51 bags.

That doesn't sound like a bad retirement fund idea indeed

Your kids can have one each when they head off to college... .

I love those tiny homes, would have made life so much easier most of my life.

z: We'd be more likely to buy a condo in the city near the universities and rent it out on Airbnb until the kids get old enough.
