Run Update
I fade to low level concentration every day at about 14:30 so I decided I would come in earlier each day, take somewhat shorter lunches and then take an hour break at 14:30 to run in my company's gym to prepare for a 5km race in mid-October.
I ran 5km in 29:55 averaging just under 6 minutes per km. Clearly I have a ways to go to come back down to the low 23 minute mark.
