The tricky part about...

...a gastro-intestinal virus is not knowing which end an explosion of partially digested materials will erupt. What I found last night was that at the penultimate moment I was able to make the correct decision and it seems as if the eruptions out of each end are mutually exclusive and never happen simultaneously. Well, at least that's how it is for me.

Sit (ahem), with a basin in your arms. That was my last (ever) experience with buffalo wings.

Mint or cinnamon in foods or liquids, can soothe, after in-gestion is doable.

I sit with a bucket in front of me, much like Zhoen suggested. I hope you and your kids are feeling better soon.

I'm like phx and agree with Zhoen. Times like those require two places for the explosive materials to be captured safely.

Hope you & kids feel better!
