I need to cut my finger nails.

Tomorrow night we are celebrating Cinco de Mayo and are having our annual party to commemorate this occasion. Of course, neither of us are Mexican, in fact, not one of the people who come to our party is Mexican. However, it gives us the opportunity to throw a party on a fixed date (to the annoyment of some, to the surprise and pleasure of others), and it also means we can have a party before the mosquitoes come out, so use of the yard is very pleasant.

As of the writing of this post we have 39 people attending, 22 adults and 17 children. There are still 39 people who have not replied.

I plan on eating a banana this morning.
