So, my company has hired a few new people over the last two to eight months.

To my left is a young woman who does not speak nearly loud enough, most of time, for me to understand what she is saying.

To my right is a young man who speaks very loudly, pretty much all of the time. I am in the middle of them and have an average volume voice, though I can speak quietly and can speak loudly as needed.
