everything is the same

When it rains, it pours. When it drizzles, it doesn't pour. When you pour you drain. When you drain, you empty. When it is empty, it can't pour. When it can't pour, it may still rain.

Sometimes, it does rainfogmist, though. Especially in Boston.

It does that occasionally here too; perhaps a handful of times a year.

Fog rarely happens here. However, a few years back the sea water was icy cold but the outside temperature was about 30degrees, what ensured was a thick fog/mist that travelled about 200meters away from the waters edge. That was the very first time I had experienced such an event.
