If I manage to remember to look back here next Christmas to know how it was to have worked both Dec 25 and Jan 1, I would want to know that Dec 25 was a very quiet day with only 12 calls and Jan 1 was a very quiet morning but got busier at and after 11am ending with 25 calls.

I figure if ever the holidays fall adjacent to my Tue-Wed weekend, I'll ask for the days off.
