Somewhere in the world today someone at a peanut. That person likely ate more than one as I believe it to be particularly unlikely that someone who is eating a peanut would only eat one.

One of the potato chip companies used to advertise like this; 'betcha can't eat just one' or; at least, something to that effect.

To disprove this point, at the time, I would, when the occasion presented itself that I would be in a place with others and chips were served, would eat only one.

I've never been much of a chip eater, so it was an easy thing for me to do.

Oh, and when I eat peanuts, I usually eat more than one.
