Okay, so the spleen
1. a highly vascular, glandular, ductless organ, situated in humans at the cardiac end of the stomach, serving chiefly in the formation of mature lymphocytes, in the destruction of worn-out red blood cells, and as a reservoir for blood.
forms, destroys and stores.
Let us all resemble our spleens and form positive thoughts and actions, destroy negative thoughts and actions, and store energy and creativity for future use.

ahh I like that. :) Also, it's often forgotten that all the relevant answers and wisdom in life can be rendered from within (literally and figuratively).
Excellent commentary about the spleen, most often these odes are reserved for the heart, but I think the spleen is smiling happily for this worthy footnote..
