All of the times that people who wear galoshes walk westwards at night when it is raining and the date is an odd number; if you were to add these times up, I am certain you would find that over the past nineteen years, on a quarterly basis, the trend is downwards.
It isn't raining here today, but the date is an odd number.

People don't wear galoshes when it's raining here, they wear thongs (flip flops) or if they're really classy they might wear runners.
Most people here don't even have umbrellas, because when it does rain, rarely does it last long.
